WORKSPACE PACKAGES
Review → handoff → publication check
Prepare the AIS Preferred IFR Routes submission form supplied by the ATCSCC OPR. The exports below are preparation aids; they do not submit changes to FAA.

Set up a workspace above to save and review change packages.
What changed between publications?
Preferred Routes have their own publication process. Submit coordinated changes to ATCSCC at least 21 days before the publication cutoff; do not use the CDR staging countdown above. FAA process and responsibilities ↗
Work queue — what your center must fix before staging locks
Every published CDR from the center that breaks on the next NASR cycle, split into what the facility POC owns and what the ATCSCC enters as Global Modification. Tick items off as you key them; the state is saved to your workspace.
Drafts — changes you are collecting for a chart date
A draft is the set of adds, amendments and deletes you will key into RMT staging. Add rows from Validate, Build or the work queue; export the staging-load package when you are ready; verify what landed once NASR publishes the cycle.
Planning — the staging set for a chart date, as the whole system will see it
Everything promoted to staging from every workspace, applied to the operational database and validated as the future state. Promote the Global Modification batch, track what has been keyed into RMT, see who must concur, and verify against the NASR staging copy when it posts.
Coverage gaps — where CDRs are missing
City pairs with real scheduled traffic (BTS on-time data) departing the center and no CDR at all; pairs with a single CDR; and Playbook plays that route the center's traffic but have no tagged CDR from a busy origin.
What breaks on the next chart date
Every published CDR, checked against the next NASR cycle. SID/STAR revision bumps are the ATCSCC's Global Modification; everything else goes back to the facility POC.
Operational vs staging
The operational database (Web RMT download) compared with the copy NASR publishes for the next cycle — inside the 30-day window that copy is the staging database.
